Sick Leave

Long-Term Disability Insurance
If unable to work for more than 6 months, you could receive 60% of your basic monthly compensation; Up to a maximum of $5,000 per month less income from certain other sources

Short-Term Disability Insurance
For non-work related illnesses or injuries which cause absences from work of more than 5 consecutive days; Plan pays a percentage of your pay (50% in the first two years)

Matching Gifts to Higher Education Programs
Sysco will match contributions made by Sysco associates to two-year or four-year institutions and graduate schools of their choice. Other eligible groups include certain foundations, funds, and other organizations that have a mission for the advancement of higher education

Product Purchases
Sysco associates may purchase company merchandise at a small percentage over cost

Direct Deposit
Associates may have their paycheck and/or expense checks directly deposited to the financial institution of their choice
